We recommend our clients to get us in twice a year. A good prune in Winter to direct energy for the coming Spring, and a quick shave in Summer to refine the growth going into Autumn. By performing this full-cycle year after year, you can tame the wild to the degree you desire.
If you haven't touched the garden for years and it looks like a jungle, don't worry. We will get in there and get the job done. We will provide you with a long-term restoration plan, remove/add plants if necessary, restore the overall proportion, re-develop the structure of each plant and refine them over time.
If you are a garden connoisseur and you don’t want just anyone touching your plants, this might be your lucky day. Not only are we traditionally trained in the art of plant handling in Japan, we have over 25 years of experience working with plants in Australia, thus you get the best of both worlds. Our portfolio includes the restoration of City of Adelaide’s Himeji garden. Whether it’s pruning a single tree or pruning the entire garden for overall proportion, you won’t be disappointed.

Our peak pruning season is between Jul-Sept and Dec-Jan. To avoid your garden being left behind, please send us a request to be included in our twice/yr maintenance schedule. Certain plants require pruning outside of this period to ensure successive flowering. These specific needs will be added onto your routine schedule.
